Functionality
PPLSGGIO is the output interface for the load-shedding data for an adjacent electrical
area connected with the power source. The load-shedding information is converted
into weighted integer data. This function also provides outputs for the load-shedding
information received from the corresponding connected electrical area.

Operation principle
The operation of PPLSGGIO can be described by using a module diagram. All the
modules in the diagram are explained in the next sections.
