General

A service position is a position at which the operator or service technician can
perform inspections or service to a workpiece or fixture. The value is saved in data
type

To change service position, the ABB menu must be
opened.

Choose the station for which the service position
will be changed.

If a part is not activated for the selected station, one
must be activated for the station. See section “Parts
handling” section 5.1.2 on how to do this.
