8 Disassembly and assembly / 8.5 Removing the cartridge group

HZTL2481_EN

Rev.D

March 2020

Loosen and remove nuts (74027) together with washers (74018).

Remove six studs (74026 / 74029) in the upper section and fit four
guide studs (90320).

Leave two holes free for lifting device (90190).

Using press-off screws (90900), press off the compressor casing in-
ternal part (76000) until the lifting device (90190) with shackle
(90195) can be attached and secured to the crane.

Slightly lift compressor casing internal part complete with wall insert
and diffuser, remove guide studs (90320) and then withdraw.

Fit support angle (90025).

Set down compressor casing internal part complete with wall insert
and diffuser onto support angle and underlay.

Remove the O-ring (76040).
