6.3.57  POST /meters/<serial>/energy/resettable

A POST call to /meters/<serial>/energy/resettable clears resettable energy regis-
ter values of requested meter.

Reset counter is incremented each time resettable energy registers are reset.

User can reset any one or all of following registers

1. activeimport
2. activeexport
3. reactiveimport
4. reactiveexport
