SBU Cold commissioning
Set SBU parameter
•
Use the standard AI2 as the RSYC-01 board BUF_OUT signal interface. Select AI2
unit selection to V on the front of the BCON.
•
Set parameters for MSS and MB control.
Set following parameters via drive startup

16.01 Module 3
type FIO-01 FIO-01 is added and in position 3 for SBU function.
12.25 AI2 unit
selection V Set unit to V
12.27 AI2 min
0V Set AI2 min value. Voltage range of RSYC-01 BUF OUT is 0~10V.
12.28 AI2 max 10V Set AI2 max value
16.19 DIO3 function Output Select DIO3 as output.
If two signals (open and close) are used for MSS control, this
parameter needs to set.
16.21 DIO3 output
source P 85.2.14 MSS open command signal is from SBU function SW bit 14.
If two signals (open and close) are used for MSS control, this
parameter needs to set.
16.24 DIO4 function Output Select the DIO4 as the output.
If two signals (open and close) are used for MB control, this
parameter needs to set.
16.26 DIO4 output
source P 85.2.15 MB open command signal is from SBU function SW bit 15.
If two signals (open and close) are used for MB control, this
parameter needs to set.
16.34 RO1 source P 85.2.12 MSS close command is from SBU function SW bit12
16.37 RO2 source P 85.2.13 MB close command is from SBU function SW bit13
19.11 Ext1/Ext2
selection EXT1 Sync to main only works in external control ( EXT1 or EXT2 ).
