Routing Functions for Incoming Calls
Call distribution is allocated the following incoming routing functions:

Routing a call to a destination, depending on the position of the allocated
switch group (see

Routing a call to an alternative destination if the original destination is either
busy or if the call goes unanswered (see

Restricting the number of calls incoming simultaneously on each call distribu-
