Suffix dialling procedures

A voice mailbox can also be operated from another internal telephone or an exter-
nal telephone (DTMF / Keypad protocol) using suffix dialling (DTMF). The only re-
quirement is that calls are forwarded to the voice mailbox and that the relevant PIN 
is known:

1.

Dial the user who has forwarded to Voice Mail

2.

Press the *-key during the greeting text

3.

Enter the PIN

4.

Use the # key to complete
--> The voice messages are now played back (where available), starting with the 
most recent message.

5.

You can now navigate in the Voice Mail menu. The table below shows the keys 
available and what they stand for:
