STRANGULATION HAZARD:
Child can strangle in loose restraint straps. NEVER leave child in product
when straps are loose or undone.
Do not place product in any location where there are cords, such as
window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
Strings can cause strangulation. Do not place items with a string around
your child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords while using
product.
Do not suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.
Do not hang toys from the toy bar other than those provided by
4moms
®
for use with this product.
Cords can cause strangulation. Keep MP3 and power cords away
from child.
Do not use product without the fabric seat cover.

must only be used with the recommended transformer.
The transformer is not a toy.
Regularly examine the transformer for damage to the cord, plug,
enclosure and other parts, and in the event of such damage, they must
not be used until the damage has been repaired.

Misuse of transformer can cause electric shock.
