Chapter 4 Bandwidth Management 

4.1 Enter rate management view 

Bandwidth allocation including: 

1. Entrance velocity distribution; 

2. The outlet velocity distribution; 

3. Check the entrance rate configuration information; 

4. Check the export rate of configuration information;
