The ABC will also charge a monitor after a bump test or calibration is complete.
A mounting bracket is supplied allowing the ABC to be secured to a workbench.
2.2. Easy to Use
Simply insert the PS200-LMP into the ABC and close the cover to initiate automatic testing. The
ABC uses colored LEDs to display status:
• LED 1 (Green) = ON (power)
• LED 2 (Orange) = TEST (in progress)
• LED 3 (Green) = PASS
• LED 4 (Red) = FAIL
After a successful calibration, the calibration due date on the monitor is automatically updated.
2.3. Calibration Gas and Regulators
The ABC is not supplied with calibration gas or regulators. Two gas cylinders and two regulators are
required:
• Gas cylinder #1: Combi gas comprising methane (CH
4
) and carbon monoxide (CO)
• Gas cylinder #2: Methane (CH
4
)
• Regulator: On Demand Flow Regulator
Tubing and barbed adapters are provided, as standard, to connect the ABC to the output of the gas
regulators.
2.4. Supplied Software
The ABC comes with a USB memory stick, which contains the Windows-based PS200-LMP Set-
tings software that is used to:
1. Re-configure the ABC's operation.
2. Extract bump test and calibration results from the ABC for viewing and printing.
The USB memory stick also contains copies of this handbook and the Quick Operation Guide in PDF
format.
2.5. Monitor Charging
After testing, the ABC will automatically charge the monitor. This is indicated by a battery symbol on
the monitor's display. Charging will take up to 4 hours. On completion, a full battery symbol and
'CHARGING COMPLETE' is displayed.
The monitor will not be damaged if left in the ABC once charging is complete.
