2. INTRODUCTION

2.1. General Description

The GMI Personal Surveyor 200-LMP Auto Bump/Calibration Station (ABC) provides the user with

a quick, easy, and reliable method of gas testing PS200-LMP monitors.
The ABC can be configured to either bump test or calibrate:
• Bump Test - verifies sensor response and alarm operation.
• Calibration - adjusts the monitor so that readings match the gas applied.
The ABC is supplied with software that allows its configuration to be altered and all test results to be

extracted and viewed.
The ABC will also validate the monitor’s audible and visual alarms to ensure they operate correctly.
Power is supplied to the ABC via the supplied 12V Universal Power Supply Unit (PSU).
