4 Operating the Main Unit

Important!

Before starting a larger project it is advised to calculate the number of cores that will

be inserted to PCR tubes, so placing a sufficient number of cleaning blocks
accordingly.

The number of cleaning spots depending on the puncher diameter are the following:

It is recommended that you use punchers of larger diameters (1,5 or 2 mm) for PCR extraction,
