How to Access Logged Events
Accessing a list of logged events can be necessary when contacting the Service to include an
operational background data when giving specific details of a defective operational symptom
or incident.
Notice:
The database of logged events is NOT accessible for General users. You can log into Central
Log Service only if you are a Local IT user, or Maintenance user.

Launch
Central Log Service
web application in your browser.

Enter your user credentials (
User Name
and
Password
) in the Log in window.
