SUMMARY RECOVERY
Build Stops with no Warning. Power Cycle + Resume Print feature.
Y Motor Stopping during Recoater Calibration. Power Cycle the System. This is a known issue with using
the Home Function before calibration. Please use the
manual controls to move the recoater to the home position.
Displacer stalls while homing elevator. Power Cycle the System.
Resuming job after reboot won't Move to Drain or Move to
Offload.
User must home the elevator and then manually move the
elevator if power is lost during build.
Build time not displaying or updating during a build. Power Cycle the System.
Course leveling doesn't detect/prompt the need for material
in rare edge cases.
Manually Coarse leveling the vat does not detect the need
for material, but the leveling routine fails at the start of a
build because the material is low. This is a known edge case.
X, Y, or Z Following errors during a build. Power Cycle the Resume Print feature.
Leveling timeouts during a build. Power Cycle the Resume Print feature.
Build Failure occurring mid-build. Power Cycle the Resume Print feature.
Failed to find start position. Power Cycle the System
Laser power too low. Try starting the print again. There is an edge case where the
laser doesn't warm up in time for the build to start properly.
If the issue still occurs after restarting the print, Power Cycle
the System.
Unable to manually turn on Laser and check power. Power Cycle the System. If the issue persists, please contact
Technical Support.
UI randomly closing on machines. Known issue. Please Power Cycle the Resume Print
feature.
Manual level doesn't trigger the Add Material Prompt pop
up.
Build Start will trigger bottle fill. Know issue that will be
fixed in future firmware release.
No error shown on the UI for profiling failure at the Start of
or during a build.
Power Cycle the System.
Low power warning when starting prints sometimes after
restarting the machine.
Power cycle the System off, wait 1 minute, power cycle the
System back on.
Engaging the E-Stop can cause the DSP to crash in some
cases.
Power Cycle the System.
System stops reading Vat Material Type. Please contact Technical Support.
