15 . Clean the cover panel (inside and outside) with the use of damp cotton cloth .
16 . Clean the sides of the enclosure with the use of a damp cotton cloth .
17 .
Remove any presence of powder on the enclosure with the use of a natural fiber brush and a vacuum cleaner.
18 . Put back the cover panel and secure it by tightening the screws .
19 . Proceed to the next procedure .
Exhaust filter replacing

Filter element : 80-1833
Caution : Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used to protect the user against health or
safety risks during working tasks . Wear disposable rubber gloves, anti-static coverall, anti-static safety
shoes and safety glass . Wear disposable dust mask rated FFP3 or N99 level protection at minimum ; we
recommand the use of powered air purifying respirator .
1 . Make sure the gas and purge are not activated .
2 .
Open the left side door of the printer to access the exhaust filter.
When the side door is opened and if the printer is still powered up,
the status of the interlock prevents the printer to operate during the
maintenance (see "DMP System Response if an Interlock Fails" on
page 9) .
3 . Close the input valve (A) .
4 .
Remove the filter guard (B).
5 .
Remove the filter element. Dispose it in accordance with all local/regional/national/,
state and federal regulations .
WARNING : FLAMMABLE POWDERS .
PLACE THE USED FILTER ELEMENT IN A CLOSED METALLIC CONTAINER IN A ROOM WITH FIRE DETECTION .
6 .
Clean the filter guard with the use of damp cotton cloth.
7 .
Install the new filter element.
8 .
Replace the filter guard (B).
9 . Open the input valve (A) .
