The recycling system will be used to sieve the metal powder (sieving system) and transfer it back to the feeding piston (via

feeding hopper and vibrating channel) .
The processing chain of the powder is composed of the following:

Sieving system

The sieving device is located bellow the airlock . It is equipped with a 75 µm sieve screen . Cleaning the sieve regulary is

recommended . Consult the

Preventive maintenance

section for the recommended maintenance interval . Mesh size and

interval between periodic cleaning can be modified depending on materials used (chemical composition, grain size…).
