Programming Instructions for ZTE Imperial™
Initial Activation / Programming Instructions
1.
Insert SIM card into SIM card slot per the diagram on the device cling
2.
Provision the customer account in CARES
3.
Wait approximately 2 minutes and power the device on
4.
The ZTE Imperial will program automatically
5.
This process will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes
6.
If programming fails make one attempt to restart the device
Manual Programming Instructions for the ZTE Imperial
1. From the keypad dial ##DATA# (##3282#)
2. Enter SPC code (000000)
3. Select NAM from the menu
4. Select edit
5. Enter new MDN/MSID
6. Click menu key to invoke option to Save or Cancel.
7. Click Save
8. Exit the menu by pressing return key until return to the idle screen.
9. Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 to re-enter NAM menu
10. Select view to make sure new MDN/MSID are entered correctly

Please follow the steps
1.
To enable Developer options, go to Menu (apps) -> Settings (More)
-> About, and tap the “Build number” 7 times until they are
enabled, on an Android 4.0 and above, go to Menu (apps)
