1.1Conditions

for service and maintenance.
1.1.2Environmental requirements: The staff should have the
tools and anti-static gloves before start the repair and
maintenance.
Interior protection:setup the working area as electrostatic protection for the
device to prevent electrostatic leakage, dissipation, and, humidifier, shielding and
grounding.
