Ensure the seat and lid are clean from any debris.
•
Unscrew the fastener on the cartridges by hand with minimum
force to a maximum of
2mm
to
OPEN
position.
•
Align cartridges and insert into seat.
•

CLOSED position

OPEN position

DO NOT
unscrew the fastener with the allen key.
•
DO NOT
force fastener beyond mechanical stop.
•
DO NOT
attempt to unscrew the fastener completely.
•
THE ABOVE WILL CAUSE IRREPAIRABLE DAMAGE TO THE SCREW
THREAD AND RENDER THE HINGES USELESS!
