Installation

Hook and Loop Tape (included)

NOTE:

 Hook and loop tape may be cut to desired size for easier removal.  

1.  Check the location of where you want to place the spotlight.

Make sure it is clean and there is no debris or dust.

2.  Remove the paper covering to expose one sticky side of the tape.

3.  Place the hook and loop tape in the recessed area on the mounting bracket.

4.  Remove the paper covering on the other side of the tape to expose the sticky surface.

5.  Place the spotlight in the desired location. Press fi rmly for fi ve (5) seconds so the tape adheres to the surface.

CAUTION: 

Be cautious of what surface the hook and loop adhesive is attached to, as it may remove paint or 

damage  surface.

Detachable Bracket and Screws (included)

1.  Remove the hook and loop tape by pulling the tape away from the mounting bracket.

2.  Remove the printed mounting bracket template to use as a guide. Drill two (2) pilot holes in the location where 

you want to mount the spotlight.

3.  Remove the mounting bracket so it can be mounted. To do so, hold the spotlight base in one hand, with the 

mounting bracket facing up. With the other hand grab fi nger grips (Fig. 1) on mounting bracket and pull away 

from the spotlight. The cover will pop off. You may also use a fl athead screwdriver to gently pry off the mounting 

bracket.

NOTE:

 It may help to turn the spotlight base clockwise or counter-clockwise as you are pulling it off.

4.  Place screws (included) in pre-drilled holes. Tighten slightly until secure, but do not tighten all the way. 

Align and slide the keyhole slots on the mounting bracket over screw heads. Slide the bracket so the narrow 

ends of the keyhole slots are under the screw heads. Tighten screws to secure mounting bracket to mount-

ing surface. Take care to not over tighten.

5.  Re-attach the spotlight to the detachable bracket. It will snap into place.

NOTE:

 The base of the spotlight also acts as a stand so it can be placed on desk tops, table tops, just about 

anywhere!

Operating Directions

Universal Light Positioning

Unique light head is fully adjustable. It can be rotated 330° left or right as well as pivoted 160° up and down 

for the desired light positions.

NOTE:

 The light head can only be pivoted 160° up and down (Fig 1) or turned 330° left or right  (Fig 2). To prevent 

damage to the unit, do NOT overturn the light heads. Doing so may damage the unit and will void the warranty.

ON/OFF/DIMMER Operation

•  Press once for full brightness.

•  Press and hold until the LEDs reach the desired brightness then release the button.

•  Press a third time to turn the light OFF.

Inserting/Replacing the Batteries

If the LEDs appear to be dim this is an indication that your batteries need to be replaced.

1.  Remove battery compartment cover on the back of the spotlight light head. To do so, hold the front of the spotlight 

in one hand, with the other hand twist the battery cover counter clockwise

(in the direction of the “OPEN” arrow) and pull off.

2.  Install three new AA batteries.

3.  Make sure to follow battery polarity guide when installing new batteries.

4.  Replace battery compartment cover by placing it back on the spotlight making sure that the “Open” and “Lock” 

markings are at the top of the spotlight (Fig. 1). Twist it clockwise until it locks into position (in the direction of the 

“LOCK” arrow).

Battery Precautions:

1.  Use only the size and type of batteries specifi ed.

2.  Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.

3.  Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batteries as indicated in the battery compartment. 

Reversed batteries may cause damage to the device.

4.  Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) batteries.

5.  Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries.

6.  Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.

7.  Do not dispose of batteries in fi re.

8.  Remove batteries if consumed or if product is to be left unused for an extended period of time.
