First off, thank you for your purchase!   We hope our products and service exceed your expectations for many years.  We are small

company based in Sonoma County, California.   We started making only Custom Shop boards and cases per each customer

unique specifications.  We only use the highest quality materials and build each Flat Series board meticulously.  Our goal was, and is, to

make high-quality, hand made in the USA pedal board systems for players of all instruments and levels.   We source as many materials

from within our main 50 states as possible.   Everything we make goes through an intense build procedure with many small detail checks

and rigorous quality control standards.  With your proper care, our products should last a lifetime!

Whats Included:

Flat Board plus the Accessory Kit:  this instruction sheet, 2’ of 1”  industrial strength adhesive backed hook velcro for your pedals and

some sticky straps with zip ties to secure cabling.  If your board has a power inlet, one 6 foot power cable will also be provided.

Care Recommendations:

General:

As a good practice for any instrument, we recommend avoiding excess moisture or getting your pedal board wet; it should be handled

with the same care as other fine instruments.  This will assure years of good looks and function.

Cleaning the Coverings: Tolex & Tweed:

Make sure ALL power (if applicable) to the board is fully disconnected before cleaning.  We offer many types of frame types and cover-

ings: cleaning textiles using warm soapy water on a damp CLEAN cloth is ideal.  Some of the materials are pourous and will absorb some

of the cleaning solution.  We recommend testing your procedure on a small hidden section first.

Pedal Board Deck: Super Loop

The top portion of the pedal board receives most of the wear and tear.  We use an EXCLUSIVE material called

Super Loop, a high strength velcro type loop material.  When removing pedals, carefully slide a credit card or

similar device underneath the pedal, seperating the pedal from deck. Do not attempt to pull the pedal directly

off.

Audio & Power Connectors:

All of our cable assemblies are soldered & have a limited lifetime guarantee against any product defects or

workmanship issues.  All power inlets and outlets are rated for 110-250V and a 15 Amp maximum rating.  Any

issues with power connections need to be addressed by a qualified electrician or service person.  All audio

connections are soldered and can be serviced by knowledgeable persons.  All board locations that have power

inlets and/or outlets aree protected and secured by a patch bay gaurd.  A small angled piece that covers the electronic components.  #2

phillips screws secure the top cover.  If you need to remove the cover for any reason, please use a hand driver to loosen and tighten.  Go

lightly or risk damage.
