ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STT11130
1.
Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2.
Screw socket assembly (B) onto base (A).
3.
Screw threaded rod (C) onto the socket
assembly (B).
4.
Place the shade (D) over the end of the
threaded rod (C) and secure with finial (E).
5.
Install Bulbs into bulb sockets.
To Replace the Night Light Bulb
1.
Loosen the thumbscrews (G) to remove the
cover plate (F).
2.
Turn metal tab (I).
3.
Slide glass panel (H) out of side and replace
bulb (K).
4.
Reverse procedure to close base.
Uses (2) Maximum 60WATT, Type “A” Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Uses (1) Maximum 7Watt, Type “C” Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
