ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Screw column (B) onto base (A).
Be careful not to twist power cord.
3. Screw decorative column (C) onto column (B).
4. Insert bulb into bulb socket (D).
(Bulb not included)
5. Place shade (E) firmly into spring holder of
the socket assembly (D).
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT, Type “B” Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
