STEP 1
• Remove supplied Hex Bolts (J) and Lock Nuts (K) from
Frame Assembly
• Remove and discard white nylon ties from Wheel Brackets (D)
• Working from outside in, reinstall Hex Bolts (J) through
Wheel Brackets (D), Frame (A), Frame Reinforcements (B)
and Nose Plate (C).
• Align Wheel Brackets (D) so that the integrated bosses fit into the
recesses on the outside of the Frame (A).
• The curvatures of the brackets point toward the top of the Frame
(A) and the protrusion is on the same side of the frame as the blue
handle.
• The Nose Plate (C) protrudes from the opposite side of the blue
handle
• Reinstall the Locking Nuts (K).
DO NOT TIGHTEN.
