Installation
1 -
Observe if the gate is sliding freely in all its route, observing
support guide, rail, stops and pulleys
2 -
Provide a power and ground point, passing a conduit,
starting from the
driver to the power board
with a 10A bipolar
circuit breaker.
NOTE: It is mandatory to install a shutdown device (bipolar
circuit breaker
with minimum contact opening equal to 3mm
)
that must be incorporated into fixed wiring.

Provide the means by which you want to fix the drive.
• Concrete Base • Metal Base • Cross Arm Brace (Air Base) Use
the measurements in the manual to mark the location of the
bolts.

Place the washers on the base, screw the driver onto the
washers and place the driver in the manual mode.

Close the gate, support the rack on the gear and fix the bar
in the gate with solder or screw, 30 by 30 cm.

Once the racks have been fixed, remove the washers placed
on the base and fix the motor again, and check the spaces
between the rack and the gear.
NOTE:
" The washers placed at the beginning of the racks
attachment serve to give the minimum mandatory height of 2
mm between the rack and the external gear of the engine."
NOTE:
" Failure to observe this distance may result in wear on the
drive's internal and external gears or breakage of the rack with
engine starting."

Adjust the end magnets in open mode

and closed

,
placing a magnet on each end of the rack, observing the polarity of
each magnet between open and closed gate.
NOTE:
"The magnets must always be attached to the angle
bracket, even during opening and closing adjustments to
prevent damage to the control unit"

Fix the control unit on the support guide inside the actuator
(fixing instructions Page2).

End of stroke
HALL
sensor The hall sensor identifies the
polarity of the magnets, north and south. (instructions Page 6)
NOTE: For bench tests, it should simulate the movement of
the magnet installed in the gate, remembering that when the
control is activated the limit switch must be active.
In the installation and adjustment of the magnets, in the first
two commands the control unit must recognize the FA and FF
magnets.

The use of the Active infrared sensor - SIA 30 is
MANDATORY to activate the system of anti-locking protection,
avoiding collision with obstacles, accidents with people or material
goods.

- The gates and actuators need periodic maintenance and
lubrication every 6 months for proper operation.
