WARRANTY
All Rogerseller tapware, bathroom

are covered by a

ve (5) year warranty from date of purchase.
Due to manufacturer’s conditions, the warranty
on
fl
exible hoses and cistern mechanisms is
only 12 months from date of purchase.
Rogerseller will undertake to repair or replace free of
charge any faulty product due to defects in materials
or workmanship (within the warranty period).
Rogerseller (or their nominated agency) reserve
the right to assess, repair, replace or service
any warranty claims as they see
fi
t.
This warranty excludes any defect or injury caused by or
resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, accidental damage,
improper installation or other alterations or modi
fi
cations
which affect the reliability or performance of the unit not
attributed to faulty manufacture. The warranty will not
apply where the product has been incorrectly installed or
the water pressure is outside the recommended levels.
