Assembly/Mounting Instructions 1
ATV DROP BASKET RACK MANUAL (#ATV-21)
1. Unpack all parts and identify according to FIG.1 and PARTS LIST 1
2. Position basket rack mount(part no. DB-1) so it is centered on the rear rack of the ATV.
RE: The rack extension of the ATV may have to be removed before the basket can be installed.
3. Position any two sets of mount plates under the A TV rack so the mounting plates holes line
up with the holes of the basket rack mount. Insert M8*50 bolts(part no. DB-11) through washers
(part no. DB-10), basket rack mount, and into the mount plates. Leave the bolts loose until all the
bolts have been installed.
RE: If the mount plates don't work, refer to the Assembly/Mounting Instruction 2 on the back of this sheet
4. Align the basket rack mount evenly on the A TV rack and tighten all bolts.
5. Mounting the drop basket(part no. DB-2) to the basket rack mount. Secure using M6*40 bolts
(part no. DB-4), flat washers(part no. DB-3) and M6 lock nuts(part no. DB-5)
6. Insert the plugs(part no. DB-6) into square tubes
