PWD303 - ADD ON STARTER
INSTALLAER’S GUIDE
1. GREEN/WHITE wire has a 0.8 sec negative (-) pulse upon remote starting. BLUE wire is a
constant ground (-) upon remote starting and while engine is running. These wires can be used
to bypass (turn off) some O.E. alarm systems as well as control any external relays that may
be needed.
2. ENSURE the BROWN door/hood wire is ground (-) in conjunction with a pin switch
(supplied) when the hood is open. This is a safety feature to stop accidental remote starting of
the engine whilst the hood is open.
3. PURPLE wire detects engine is running… system is factory set for connection to tach wire (-).
If connection to an alternator is required, connect to 12V when the engine is running
and 0V when the engine is stopped.
ENSURE system is programmed / set accordingly.
