How do you know that the mouse and keyboard are fully charged?
When the battery is too low, the low voltage indicator/charging indicator of
the keyboard mouse will flash until the keyboard mouse turns off, please
recharge the keyboard mouse in time. The low voltage indicator/charging
indicator turns red when charging and turns green when fully charged.

Can you provide information about how the keyboard/mouse
communication is encrypted/secured?
The EKM01 keyboard and mouse can not be encrypted/secured

Can I use this mouse with a Mac that DOES NOT have a USB port?
You can connect this mouse with your Mac by Bluetooth connection way.

How to reset the keyboard?
The way to reset the keyboard:
1.
Turn on the keyboard, long press ESC+3 (Use the number 3 on the
main keyboard, not on the numeric keypad) to reset

Restart the keyboard and try to connect it with your device

Steps to re-pair the mouse and reset bluetooth
1.
Regarding the 2.4G mode
(please make sure that the mouse is on 2.4G mode):
--Press the middle scroll button and the left and right click button at the
same time, wait for 5 seconds till the 2.4G indicator (Channel Indicator 1) light
flashes.
--Insert the 2.4G USB receiver to your device, the mouse will connect with
your device then.

Regarding the Bluetooth mode:
--Turn off the mouse.
--And then press the middle scroll button and the right click button at the
same time, hold these 2 buttons and turn on the mouse, then the Bluetooth
channel 2 indicator light will flash quickly.
--Connect the mouse with your device by Bluetooth.
