rapidly

resets

fight
the
fish.
Useage
Hints:
If
a
Rod
Alarm
false
‐
triggers
(for
example,
a
gust
of
wind
causes
the
Rod
Alarm
alarm
to
go
off,
but
you
can
see
that
the
tip
‐
up
didn’t
trip)
–
you
don’t
have
to
leave
the
warmth
of
your
hut.
Just
press
the
button
on
the
receiver,
this
will
stop
it
beeping
for
that
Rod
Alarm.
If,
after
30
seconds,
the
Rod
Alarm
detects
more
movement,
then
the
beeper
will
go
off
again.
So
you
still
won’t
miss
a
bite!
If
a
Rod
Alarm
keeps
false
‐
triggering,
try
to
identify
why.
If
shore
fishing,
try
re
‐
positioning
the
Rod
Alarm
towards
the
rod
handle
to
minimize
extra
movement.
On
a
tip
‐
up,
sometimes
the
flags
blow
in
the
wind
even
when
they
are
folded
down
causing
false
triggers,
so
you
can
mound
some
snow
around
the
flag
or
even
put
a
bit
of
snow
on
the
flag
itself
to
stop
it
blowing
around
without
stopping
the
tip
‐
up
from
working).
