Information that you require:

Modulator & Demodulator carrier frequencies and power.
2.
Satellite framing service requirements.
3.
Terrestrial data and base-band requirements.
4.
Forward Error Correction requirements.
5.
Modulation scheme requirements.
6.
System clocking topology.
Power up:
Apply power to the
Evolution Series
modem using the power lead supplied. When
power is applied wait for the modem to complete initialisation. Once complete press
[Main
]
.
You are presented with the menus:

YOU MUST KNOW YOUR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE
CONFIGURING THE MODEM FOR OPERATION OVER SATELLITE. THERE
ARE NO DEFAULT MODEM SETTINGS FOR A SATELLITE SERVICE.
