(STC800). Celui-ci permettra de fournir à vos capteurs une
source d’alimentation supplémentaire.
REMARQUE
Le panneau solaire est une technologie
économe en énergie, et une façon respectueuse pour
l’environnement de fournir une puissance supplémentaire
aux capteurs. Cependant, il ne peut pas remplacer
entièrement l’usage de piles.

1. Faites coulisser tout d’abord votre capteur d’extérieur
sur le support de fixation verticale.
2. Réglez maintenant le panneau solaire. Une fois face à la
direction désirée, utiliser la vis pour le fixer en place.
3. Desserrez la vis papillon et réglez l'angle. Serrer les vis
papillon pour fixer le panneau solaire à l'angle désiré.
REMARQUE
Pour des résultats optimaux, orientez le
panneau solaire comme suit:

• Enlevez le bouchon de caoutchouc de la prise
de votre capteur extérieur. Branchez le câble du
panneau solaire dans la prise ainsi découverte.
REMARQUE
Des espaces sont prévus afin de permettre
un rangement pratique du câble d’alimentation du
panneau solaire. Il y a aussi des attaches pour aider à
tendre les câbles.
PrecAutions
• Ne pas soumettre le produit à une force excessive,
à un choc violent, à la poussière, à de fortes
températures ou à l'humidité.
• Ne pas couvrir les trous de ventilation avec des objets
tels que des journaux, des rideaux…
• Ne pas plonger l'appareil dans l'eau. Si vous renversez
du liquide sur l’appareil, séchez-le immédiatement
avec un chiffon doux non pelucheux.
• Ne pas nettoyer l'appareil avec des matériaux
corrosifs ou abrasifs.

Thank you for selecting the Oregon Scientific Solar Panel
(STC800) sensor. This will provide the sensors with an
additional power supply.
NOTE
The solar panel is an energy saving feature,
which is an environmentally friendly way to provide
additional power to the sensors. However, it cannot
replace battery power entirely. Sensors can operate
entirely on battery power.
NOTE Please keep this manual handy as you use
your new product. It contains practical step-by-step
instructions, as well as technical specifications and
warnings you should know about.

Please slide your outdoor sensor onto vertical attachment
bracket at first.
1. Slide the solar panel connector into place on the
opposite side of the bracket. Slot the solar panel
in place.
2. Adjust the solar panel. Once facing desired direction,
use screw to fix in place.
3. Loosen the wing bolt and adjust the angle. Tighten
wing bolt to secure solar panel at desired angle.
NOTE For best results, direct solar panel as follows:

• Remove the rubber stopper from the socket on
your outdoor sensor. Plug one solar panel cable
into the socket.
NOTE
There are slots to insert the solar power cable
for convenient storage. There are also fasteners to help
tighten the cables.
PrecAutions
• Do not subject the unit to excessive force, shock,
dust, temperature or humidity.
• Do not cover the ventilation holes with any items such
as newspapers, curtains etc.
• Do not immerse the unit in water. If you spill liquid
over it, dry it immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Do not clean the unit with abrasive or corrosive materials.
• Do not tamper with the unit’s internal components.
This invalidates the warranty.
• Only use fresh batteries. Do not mix new and
old batteries.
• Images shown in this manual may differ from the
actual display.
• When disposing of this product, ensure it is collected
separately for special treatment.
• Placement of this product on certain types of wood
may result in damage to its finish for which Oregon
Scientific will not be responsible. Consult the furniture
manufacturer's care instructions for information.

Per prima cosa, far scorrere il sensore esterno sul
supporto di fissaggio verticale.
1. Far scorrere il connettore per il pannello solare sul
lato opposto del supporto. Collocare il pannello solare
in posizione.
2. Regolare il pannello solare. Quando è orientato verso la
direzione desiderata, fissarlo in posizione con una vite.
3. Allentare il bullone laterale e regolare l’angolazione.
Stringere il bullone laterale per fissare il pannello
solare nell’angolazione desiderata.
NOTA
Per ottenere i migliori risultati, orientare il pannello
solare come indicato di seguito:

coLLeGAMenti dei cAVi
• Rimuovere il fermo in gomma dall’ingresso del
sensore esterno. Inserire uno dei cavi del pannello
solare nell’ingresso.
NOTA
Vi sono fessure per inserire agevolmente il cavo di
alimentazione a energia solare. Vi sono anche elementi
di fissaggio che contribuiscono a tenere fermi i cavi.
PrecAuZioni
• Non sottoporre il prodotto a forza eccessiva, urti,
polvere, temperatura o a umidità.
• Non otturare i fori di aerazione con oggetti come
giornali, tende, etc.
• Non immergere il prodotto in acqua. Se si versa del
liquido sul prodotto, asciugarlo immediatamente con
un panno morbido e liscio.
• Non pulire l’unità con materiali abrasivi o corrosivi.
• Non manomettere i componenti interni dell’unità. In
questo modo si invalida la garanzia.
• Utilizzare solo batterie nuove. Non mescolare batterie
nuove con batterie vecchie.
• Le immagini del manuale possono differire dalla realtà.
• Al momento dello smaltimento del prodotto, utilizzare
la raccolta differenziata.

Stecken Sie den externen Sensor zunächst auf den
vertikalen Halteträger.
1. Stecken Sie das Verbindungsstück des
Sonnenkollektors auf die gegenüberliegende Seite
der Halterung. Bringen Sie den Sonnenkollektor in
Position.
2. Justieren Sie den Sonnenkollektor. Wenn dieser in
die gewünschte Richtung zeigt, befestigen Sie ihn
mit der Schraube.
3. Lockern Sie die Flügelschraube und stellen Sie den
Winkel ein. Ziehen Sie die Flügelschraube fest, um den
Sonnenkollektor im gewünschten Winkel zu fixieren.

• Entfernen Sie den Gummistopfen aus der
Anschlussbuchse Ihres externen Sensors. Schließen
Sie ein Kabel des Sonnenkollektors an die Buchse an.
HINWEIS Es sind Vertiefungen vorhanden, um das
Solarenergiekabel bequem zu verstauen. Zudem können
Sie die Kabel mit den Schnellverschlüssen festziehen.
VorsicHtsMAssnAHMen
• Setzen Sie das Gerät keiner übermäßigen
Gewalteinwirkung und keinen Stößen aus und
halten Sie es von Staub, extremen Temperaturen
und Feuchtigkeit fern.
• Blockieren Sie nicht die Belüftungsöffnungen mit
Gegenständen, wie Zeitungen, Vorhänge, usw.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser. Falls Sie
Flüssigkeiten darauf verschütten, trocknen Sie es
umgehend mit einem weichen faserfreien Tuch.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit scheuernden oder
ätzenden Mitteln.
• Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen an den internen
Komponenten des Geräts vor. Dies würde zum
Erlöschen der Garantieansprüche führen.
• Installieren Sie ausschließlich neue Batterien.
