Pump Removal and Replacement  

Procedure for the  Instrument 115/230VAC

 

 
Pump Removal 
 
TURN THE MAIN POWER SWITCH LOCATED AT THE LEFT SIDE OF THE LOWER CABINET 
TO THE OFF POSITION. 
 

 

 
Turn the pump switch on the head to the off position (to the left ¼ turn).  Next you must trip breaker 
(down position) inside the lower cabinet electrical assembly as shown below. 
 

  

  

 

 
Remove 4 screws from pump electrical assembly and remove assembly cover.  Retain these 4 screws for 
reassembly.
