OPR PWC JETSKI SEADOO INSTALLATION GUIDE
ON POINT
RACING
Every kit is hand prepared in Toronto by On Point Racing, specific for your
machine / application. Prepare your machine for night riding, be seen by
other watercraft.
Instructions:
1. Run wire from battery, to switch, to LED light connection points (front & rear) (12FT)
2. Conect ring connectors (x1) to wire (black) and to fuse end (red) (x1)
3. Install hook mounts / glue with 3M tape & Sikaflex 295 UV or marine adhesive
4. Drill 3/4” hole for switch in desired location (in center console)
5. Mount lights in front (Image #1)
6. Mount lights in rear (Image #2), you will need to drill micro hole for wire (fill will SikaFlex)
7. Mount lights below rub rail or in hull for underwater (if using auxilary lights)
8. Connect wire to rear LED lights with butt connectors (x2)
9. Connect wire to front LED lights with butt connectors (x2) (port & starboard together)
10. Connect red wire to from fuse end to switch with butt connectors (x3)
11. Connect wire to auxilary light (underwater or rub rail lights) with butt connectors (x2) *
12. Mount wire in loom, cut to size (12FT)
13. Finish with zip ties (x10)
(* if required) (Instructions may vary from each machine)
Required:
1. Sikaflex 295 UV or other suitable marine adhesive (3M)
2. Drill with 3/4” and smaller bits
3. Crimper for butt connectors (16ga)
