additions and corrections to your PRO350/PRO350XL Assembly Instructions (Part # 100971-001) and Operations
Manual (Part # 100972-001):
Assembly notes:
•
Your Octane Fitness PRO350 Series elliptical is now
csAFe compatible
with two (2) connection
ports: one (for audio) on the back of the console and the second near the floor in the nose of the
unit.
•
It is no longer necessary to manually set a console toggle switch (step 4, page 9 of the Assembly
Instructions).
Programming the console, Operations manual, page 10:
•
Getting started is easy--just hop on and start pedaling, or press any key and the console display
will guide you through the steps to program your workout. After each prompt, simply enter the
requested data and press enter, and you are on your way. CSAFE User IDs are entered by pressing
the +/- keys to change a digit and the Enter key to move to the next number in the ID.
Press the Quick Start button two times to bypass the prompted programming and begin a
30-minute manual program at resistance level one. Your calories will be based on a 150 lb.
(68 kg) user. Once you have selected Quick Start you can program any console function at any
time and any order.
Pause/clear, Operations manual, page 10:
•
Press the Pause/Clear button once to pause your workout or simply quit pedaling. The display
will remain on for 10 seconds, and the CSAFE-compatible audio (if installed) will remain on for
1 minute. Your workout values will be saved for two minutes. To resume a paused workout, push
any key or start pedaling. Press Pause/Clear twice within two seconds to clear your workout.
