Gently tap portafilter without
spilling coffee to level the
grind
STEP 1-
Grind out dose of coffee
STEP 3-
Place in Puq Press for tamping
of coffee
STEP 4-
Remove portafilter tamped
and place in group head
STEP 6-
Check extraction time- If too
fast as shown make grind
finer
STEP 5-
Press double shot button and
run shot
STEP 7-
Adjust grind finer in this case
by moving adjustment
towards left- smaller numbers
STEP 8-
When making adjustments be
aware of number changes as
a reference
