Lay out parts along chalkline as shown. At this point you will need one Back Panel for the first section of each
island run. Splicer Rails (for two-piece Backs) and Top Rails will be used in later steps. Determine what style
of Base Bracket will be used and refer to step 3a or 3b to install.
