To remove an optic from your lens body, rotate the focus ring to
bring the Optic to front. Firmly grip with thumb positioned as
shown.

Insert the 3 teeth of the Optic Swap Tool into the 3 notches.
Push down and turn counter clockwise to unlock. Turn the
lens body upside down, catching the optic.
