Concealed

 

Damage

:

 

This

 

type

 

of

 

damage

 

may

 

not

 

be

 

discovered

 

until

 

the

 

unit

 

is

 

being

 

unpacked.

 

When

 

concealed

 

damage

 

is

 

discovered,

 

stop

 

unpacking

 

immediately

 

and

 

contact

 

the

 

carrier

 

immediately

 

to

 

report

 

the

 

claim

 

and

 

request

 

an

 

inspection.

 

This

 

should

 

be

 

done

 

as

 

soon

 

as

 

possible

 

and,

 

in

 

any

 

case,

 

must

 

be

 

done

 

within

 

15

 

days

 

or

 

receiving

 

the

 

merchandise.

 

If

 

at

 

all

 

possible,

 

do

 

not

 

move

 

the

 

item

 

and

 

save

 

all

 

packaging

 

material

 

for

 

carrier’s
