You have purchased heating boiler manufactured by Ukrainian State
Enterprise “Krasilov aggregate plant”. To guarantee a long-time failure-free
and safe operation of your boiler we request always to follow the further
mentioned information.
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTION:
This manual contains important information for the safe and correct
installation, start-up and trouble-free operation and maintenance of the
heating boiler.
The heating boilers should be used for heating rooms and preparing food
only in the manner described in this manual.
Make sure that you purchased the heating boiler of necessary power that
corresponding with heating project documentation of your house or
premises.
USE only original “KORDI” parts
1.1.
Instruction to boiler installer:
During installation and operation, the country specific requirements and
regulations must be observed:
-
local construction regulations on the installation, air supply and exhaust
gas extraction as well as chimney connection.

regulations and norms concerning the fitting of the heating installation
with safety devices.

Safety rules for user operation:
-
operate the heating boiler at a maximum temperature of 95ºC, in order to
prevent overheating use the cooling coil. When the temperature in a
boiler reach 95 ºC the thermostatic valve will open and the cold water
from water mains passes through cooling coil and cools the heating
system;
-
the maximum allowable pressure in the boiler is 2 bars. Install relief
valve and thermomanometer in order to check the temperature water
pressure. They should be installed on the mounting places on the back
side of the boiler;

do not use flammable liquids for ignition or increase of burner output;
-
collect ash in fireproof container covered with lid;
