How do I take the best care of my Jabra true wireless earbuds?
We recommend you care for the earbuds as follows:
Keep the EarGels clean using a slightly dampened swab – do not use
harsh cleaning agents.
Keep the charging pins and poles (on the charging case and earbuds)
clean using a dry swab.
Always store the earbuds in the charging case and safely protected.
Take care and avoid exposing the charging case to water and
humidity.
To prevent the depletion of the battery lifetime or capacity, avoid
storing the earbuds in hot or cold environments, such as a closed car
in summer, or in winter conditions.
Keep the earbuds at temperatures between 15-25°C / 59-77°F.
Do not store the earbuds for extended periods of time (maximum
three months) without recharging them.
