1. With the phone facing
down
, open the left slot
cover, and then remove the
nano SIM tray from the
SIM 1 slot.
To remove the nano SIM
tray, insert your fingernail
in the small groove in the
tray and then pull the tray
out.
2. Place your nano SIM card
into the tray with the gold
contacts facing
up
and the
cut-off corner facing
out
.
3. Reinsert the tray, and then
close the slot cover. When
reinserting the tray, make
sure the nano SIM card is
facing
up
so that it doesn’t
fall out.
4. Open the right slot cover
and do the same steps as
above to insert your second
nano SIM card in the tray
that’s in the SIM 2 slot.

IMPORTANT:
Use a standard nano SIM only.
Don’t cut a micro SIM or regular SIM card and insert it into the
nano SIM slot. It’s thicker than the standard nano SIM card and
may get stuck in the slot.
Don’t disassemble any part of the phone.
Don’t try to open the phone or remove the battery by force. This
may damage the phone or its electronics and will invalidate the
warranty.
Don’t throw the provided trays away.
You need them to insert your nano SIM cards.

Inserting your nano SIM and microSD cards

Note:
You can insert a 4G
LTE or 3G nano SIM card
in either slot. When you
have two cards inserted,
only one card can connect
to the 4G/3G network. The
other card will connect to
the 2G network only. To find
out how to set which card
connects to 4G/3G, see the
user guide.
5. Insert your microSD™ card
into the bottom slot, with
the gold contacts facing
up
and towards the slot. Slide
the card all the way in until
it clicks into place.
6. To close the right slot cover,
slide the plastic hinge into
the side and press the cover
until it clicks into place.
