Hase Linearschaltung
/ Hase shifting system #25403 & #25284
Hinweis:
Wenn das Linearschaltwerk ausgerichtet ist, fahren Sie mit der
Seite 2 fort.
Ausrichtung des Schaltwerkes
1. Schalten Sie zuerst die Kette auf das kleinste Ritzel der Kassette.
2. Lösen Sie die M8 Schraube (1) und die Kontermutter (2) des
Spureinstellungsrohres (3).
3. Richten Sie das Linearschaltwerk so aus, dass die Schalteinheit (5)
parallel zu dem Deltarohr (6) und der Schaltarm (7) parallel zum
Spureinstellungsrohr (3) steht.
4. Ziehen Sie die M8 Schraube (1) und die Kontermutter (2) des
Spureinstellungsrohres (3) fest.
Achtung!
Kontermutter mit max. 15Nm anziehen.
5. Positionieren Sie den Kabelklemmzapfen (8) von dem
Bremsblech (9) bis zum Schaltzug
-107 mm für 9 -fache Kettenschaltung.
-117 mm für 11-fache Kettenschaltung.
6. Richten Sie die Klemmschelle (10) so aus, dass der Schaltzug parallel
zum Schaltblech (11) steht.
Hinweis:
Kettenführungsstein (12) #25274 ist ein Verschleißteil und muss
ersetzt werden, wenn die Führungsnut so groß ist, dass das
Linearschaltwerk nicht mehr eingestellt werden kann.

Note:
After the Linear Derailleur has been aligned, continue with the
instructions on page 2.
Aligning the derailleur
1. Shift the chain down to the smallest cog of the cassette.
2. Remove the M8 bolt (1) and the locknut (2) of the tracking
adjustment tube (3).
3. Position the Linear Derailleur so that the shifting unit (5) is
parallel to the delta tube (6) and the derailleur arm (7) is parallel to
the tracking adjustment tube (3).
4. Tighten the M8 bolt (1) and the locknut (2) of the tracking
adjustment tube (3).
Caution!
The maximum torque for tightening the locknut is 15 Nm
(11 ft-lbs).
5. Position the cable clamping pin (8) so that the distance from the
brake plate (9) to the gear cable is
-107 mm for 9-speed derailleurs.
-117 mm for 11-speed derailleurs.
6. Position the clamp (10) so that the gear cable runs parallel to the
derailleur plate (11).
Note:
The chain-guide block (12) #25274 is a wearing part and
must be replaced once the guide slot has become so large that
the Linear Derailleur can no longer be adjusted.
