2. Line up BOULDER solar panels so that the holes are even.
3. Insert the QUICK CLIP through both panels and twist.

Insert
Align panel QUICK-CLIP holes. Insert pronged end. Push all the
way down so the base is rested against panel. Make sure lever is
perpendicular to panels.
Secure
Twist lever 45° in either direction.
Lock
Flip lever completely over and lock into position. You will feel it
become secure.
