(Siemens Optipoint and Optiset) or other Telephone with Speaker and Microphone
Socket. For connecting Siemens Optiset Telephone you need Cable K900-RJ45/9Y.

Purpose
.
The telephone conference sets AN 902 are connected as supplementary units to
telephones already in place. They are characterized by the improvement of the
sound quality and flexible usage during telephone conferences. The radial outlet of
the voice box and the high level of the microphone also enable good understanding
in open rooms.
The voice box and the microphone improve the quality of hands-free speaking not
only during telephone conferences but also on the desktop next to the telephone
already in place.
If a larger number of callers are participating in the conference, you have the option
of connecting the expansion set AZ 902 to the AN 902 set, and extending the unit to
a maximum of 2 voice boxes and 6 microphones.
Every microphone has a mute button that mutes all connected microphones upon
activation. The speakers are still active so that the telephone participant can still be
heard.
By connecting the USB-sockets between the control unit and a PC/laptop (USB
cable not included in delivery), the integrated soundcard of the control unit is
activated and conversations of the conference participants can be recorded with or
without telephone connection.

Further conference sets and accessories from the delivery program
As an alternative to the standard microphones MI 901, the microphone MI 905 is
available for smaller spaces on the conference table. This microphone is integrated
into the infeed line of the voice box (patch cable) and replaces standard microphones.
The MI 905 has a radial receiver characteristics and thus covers the conference round
acoustically. MI 905 also possesses a mute button and an LED .

AW 901 is adequate for connection to all telephone end devices with headset connection.AW
901 OS is specifically designed for the connection to Siemens OpenStage telephone devices
with headset connection and Telekom Octophon and Swyx Phone devices.

For all telephones without headset connection. The connection of the control electronics is
done via the earpiece socket of the telephone. The telephone earpiece cable is connected
with the input socket of the control electronics. The switch of the control electronics is used to
switch optionally from normal telephone and conference operation.This way, tiresome
changing of the cables is omitted.
