Indication
Duschhilfen sind Duschsitze, Duschhocker, Dusch-
stühle, Duschliegen und fahrbare Duschliegen, die
ausschließlich für den häuslichen Bereich bestimmt
sind. Duschhilfen kommen für Personen in Betracht,
deren
physische
Funktionseinschränkungen
die
tägliche Körperpflege unter der Dusche ohne weitere
Anwendung von Hilfsmitteln nicht mehr erlauben.
Duschhilfen sind dann indiziert, wenn die Stand-
sicherheit des Anwenders eingeschränkt ist. Liegt auch
eine Minderung der Sitzstabilität (z.B. Lähmungen im
Rumpfbereich) oder eine Schwäche beim Hinsetzen
/Aufstehen vor, müssen ggf. Rückenlehne und Seiten-
lehnen vorhanden sein. Ggf. ist auch der Einsatz von
Duschliegen erforderlich.
Shower aids are shower seats, shower stools, shower
chairs, shower couches and mobile shower couches
which are determined exclusively for the domestic
area. Shower aids are considered for people whose
physical functional restrictions do not permit the
everyday personal care under the shower without other
use of aid any more. Shower aids are indicated when
the state security of the user is limited. If a decrease of
the seat stability (e.g., paralyses in the body area) or a
weakness is also given while putting / get up, back
support and side armrests must exist if necessary. If
necessary the application of shower couch is also
necessary.
