Exterior:
Cabinet_front_and_shroud_shall_be_22-gauge_
stainless_steel.___Exterior_sides_shall_be_made_of_
aluminum.__Facing_of_shroud_shall_be_easily_removable_
without_the_use_of_tools.
Cabinet_interior_shall_be_anodized_aluminum._Bottom_
&_top_of_liner_shall_be_die-stamped_to_provide_
radius_corners_and_a_recessed_bottom._Base_shall_be_
fully_insulated_with_high-density_foamed_in_place_
polyurethane.
Interior_shall_have_three_epoxy-coated_wire_shelves_per_
door_section._Shelf_support_pilasters_shall_be_heavy-duty_
with_shelves_adjustable_at_1.0”_(2.5_cm)_increments._
Unit_will_be_mounted_on_6”_(15.24_cm)_metal_legs.

used.__System_has_the_capability_of_maintaining_between_
-5˚F_and_0˚F_in_heavy_use_food_service_operations.__
Refrigerant_is_metered_using_a_highly_responsive_
thermostatic_expansion_valve.__Evaporator_defrost_is_
automatic_using_a_time_initiated,_time/temperature_
terminated_system_with_electric_heaters.__Evaporator_
condensate_is_eliminated_using_an_energy_efficient_hot_
gas_system.
