CompactFlash Modem with 
an Integrated RJ-11 C o n n e c t o r

D-Link's DCF-560M is a CompactFlash Modem with an
integrated  RJ11  connector,  which  enables  Pocket  PCs,
Windows CE-based PDAs and Handheld PCs to browse the
Internet and send and receive both faxes and e-mails through
a single analog connection. The DCF-560M Card is targeted
at home and business users.

The DCF-560M being current and up to date, complies with
CF+ CompactFlash Rev1.4 technology. The DCF-560M is
compatible  with  Windows  95,  98  and  2000  operating
systems, which feature Hot swappable card insertion and
removal. The DCF-560M enables Plug and play for easy card
installation. The DCF-560M supports ITU V.90, K56Flex
and fax standards. With the DCF-560M supporting both
Internet and Fax capabilities, connections are established at
56Kbps for Internet and 14.4Kbps for sending / receiving faxes.

The DCF-560M supports auto-step downward compatibility
for various connection speeds. The DCF-560M also features
low 3.3volt power consumption for longer battery usage. The
DCF-560M is equipped to recognize various tone detections
that  include:  blind  dialing,  timeouts,  ring-back  and
incompatible  modem  answer  tones.  The  DCF-560M
incorporates a small form factor design for use in a mobile
and handheld platform environment.
