Operating instructions
Battery
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the timer by sliding it downwards in the direction of the arrow.
2. Insert a new battery (AAA/LR03). The positive (+) terminal of the battery should face upwards towards
the battery cover. Note the markings next to the battery compartment.
3. Refit the battery cover.
Using the timer as a timer/egg timer
1. Press [ RESET ] on the base of the timer to reset it to zero.
2. Turn the base of the timer quickly to the right to set the minutes. The time is counted up from 00:00.
3. Turn the base of the timer slowly to the right to set the seconds in increments of 10 seconds.
4. Press [ START/STOP ] to start the timer.
5. If you wish to stop the timer before the set time, press (START/STOP].
Note: The timer can be set in the same way by turning the base to the left . The time then counts down
from 99:00.
Alarm
Press [ START/STOP ] to turn off the alarm when it sounds.
Using the timekeeping function
1. Press [ RESET ] on the base of the timer to reset it to zero.
2. Press [ START/STOP ] to start the timekeeping function.
3. Push [ START/STOP ] again to stop the timekeeping.
4. Press [ RESET ] on the base of the timer to reset it to zero.
Care and maintenance
• Clean the timer using a lightly moistened cloth. Only use mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Remove the battery if the timer is not to be used for a long time.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
