E911 may not be available through M5 Networks:

 During a power outage

 During a network outage or other technical problems

In case of emergency, check for dial tone.

If there is dial tone, get an outside line and dial 9-1-1.

If there is no dial tone, or if emergency personnel do not answer when 
dialing 9-1-1 from an outside line, 

do not 

try to dial 9-1-1 from any 

phone connected to M5. Use an alternative service.

E911 will not work properly or at all if you attempt to move 

your phone from the installed service address.
